She heads the Labour Law Compliances Vertical, Legal and Regulatory issues and the applicability of various Employment Laws (for both Centre and State). Besides Companies Act, 1956 and Labour Law, she has a good command on Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA), Import Export Policy, SEBI and Stock Exchange related rules, regulations and bye-laws. She is experienced in Compliance Management and Audit, Legal Due Diligence, drafting and vetting of various legal agreements, drafting manuals, articles, guides, interpretations; and provides opinions on various legal matters. She has been associated with R & A since 2004 and was elevated as Partner in 2012.
Her active participation in a seminar hosted by the ICAI on the topic ‘Addressing the Articled clerks of ICAI and Chartered Accountants on MCA 21′ won commendable appreciation from the audience and organizers.
She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Bachelor of Law and also a member of Foreign Trade Committee of the Federation of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTAPCCI).
